Welcome to CyberSkillPlus. These Terms of Service outline the terms under which we offer IT Security and Digital Literacy courses and related offerings on cyberskillplus.com.

2. Services

We deliver live and recorded sessions, workshops, and training modules focused on IT security best practices and digital literacy. These are delivered online or in person as specified.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital materials such as ebooks, guides, templates, and recordings available for download.

4. Goods

Physical goods include branded merchandise, printed materials, and hardware kits.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in advance via the methods indicated at checkout. Access is granted upon confirmation of payment.

6. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Live Courses and Workshops

Requests to reschedule a live course must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date via contact form. Approved rescheduling is subject to seat availability at no additional fee. Requests for a refund of fees paid must be made at least 7 days before the session start. Approved reimbursements are issued to the original payment source within 14 business days. No refunds or rescheduling can be accommodated for sessions that have commenced.

6.2 Info Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales of info products are final once the download link has been provided. We encourage previewing sample content before purchase.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be sent back in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate sending goods back, contact us via contact form. Approved refunds for goods are processed to the original payment source within 14 business days after items are received and inspected. Alternatively, goods may be exchanged or a shipment rescheduled at no extra fee.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of our offerings after changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
